Educating M/S nurses on the needs of ESRD patients

O.K. All you CNN's help me out!! I work part-time in hemo and full time on M/S unit. I want to put together a manual for the M/S nurses to help them care for ESRD patients better. We have just gotten an inpatient dialysis unit and need all the help we can get. Anyone know of a good manual? I've been researching the net and have so much info I need to cull badly but don't want to leave out important info. Don't want to overwhelm either. HELP..... I've fallen (in the reams of info) and can't get up...
