I'm an LPN, trying to get a job and have applied to NW Kidney Center.
Dialysis is brand new to me, only went through theory lecture about dialysis only. Anone here has any experience with this facility, e.g. nursing, family member, patient experience....

Any input is grealy appreciated!

Another thing, usually what tasks do LPN perform in a dialysis facility? I had a brief job and duty description for the job, but I am interested in getting something that is more in-dept from those who "have been there and done that" nurses or staffs!
