Unhappy Slide/transfer board instruction sheets

I am looking for some sort of instructional sheet or something similar for the transfer boards that are used frequently in a person's home for transfers from w/c to bed and reverse. I am doing some inservicing on the 13th of this month and although I can talk the HHA's through it they sometimes like written info. to back up what they are taught. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

hi!

Perhaps, if there is a way to talk to PT/OT... sometime they have pre-printed sheets.... also... you can try a nursing text, or, perhaps, somewhere in the packaging of these items there is some sort of instructions..

good luck!
