Hi
My name is Caren. I am 26 frm NJ. I really want to be a nurse. i began school last week for my BSN. I have a spinal cord injury. Brown Sequard Syndrome 11/8/04. I am still in outpatient therapy and i am taking one class at school. Eventually i will get there and finish my degree. i am concerned about finding a type of nursing that i can do considering my physical limitations. i can walk with a cane and eventually i will walk independently. i was considering L & D nursing or rehab nursing. I would love to know what you all think about finding the right type of nursing for me. Any advice would be great. Thanks
Caren
Ps I hope that going into nursing isnt a bad idea i really want to do this
