Restorative Nursing in the Nursing Home

I am beginning to revamp our restorative nursing program at our nursing home with our rehab director and 3 restorative nursing aides. We are an 180 bed dual certified home. I am interested in what has worked in other facilities. I am trying to follow the MDS RAI manual definitions. I am thankful for any help.
