Restorative Nursing

I am new to Restorative Nursing. If anyone could give me some advise I would appreciate it. The previous nurse used a program form, but did not actually write a care plan relating to the program. Does there need to be a care plan if there is a restorative program in the chart.

Welcome to allnurses.com! I moved your post to Rehab Nursing for more response.

At my Facility, Care Plans reflect any Rehab/Restoritve care.
