Cool Rehab nursing documentation

I am a Director of Nursing in a small free standing rehab hospital and am looking for some education on rehab nursing documentation and terminology to share with my staff...any idea where I can get it? They are having some difficulty with charting and I have come up with a little to share but need much more.
Thanks

Re: Rehab nursing documentation

I need 2 ask you a question. I have emailed an application/resume to Central Georgia Rehabilitation Hospital here in Macon, GA. I read the duties on the ad but, could you give me a beter insight on what is expected of me, what r my duties ect.? From the website it looks 2b a inpatient/outpatient for fmr. stroke patients and fmr patients from heart attacks ect. can you give me a better insight for when I get hired. The job calls for CNA/CPR certification and I have both. You can go to MCCG.ORG and look at the job openings and look for Rehab Nursing Tech to get a better insight on what I'm talking about. Thank you for any information you can give me.
