please assist me in my search for an institution that offers courses in rehabilitation nursing. the institution can be anywhere in the U.S.A or the world. i have been trying to do just that but unfortunately my efforts he been to nought. by the way i am in Botswana and unfotunately we dont have such courses here let alone in the continent.
