new to skilled rehab/need advice

Hello. I am an RN, with 16 years experience. Some on an oncology unit/6.5 years, 11 in home health and I am trying to decide on taking a job on a skilled unit in a local facility. I need a change from home health-way to much driving. What are the challenges outside of needing more help that you can think I would need to consider. I am making a choice between that job and at a hospital. The hospital is 25 miles away, days with rotation and floating. In the skilled unit I would stay there, nights no rotation and the first one to get a day job transfer. CAn I get some thoughts on these two jobs?

Thanks for responding.....
