Red face Hospital within a hospital merge

Centerre Healthcare is interested in joining with our acute care rehab unit. Has anyone out there been through this process? What are the pros and cons. Our unit now gives high quality rehab care. Would this be jeopardized in any way? We also treat a large number of charity patients-does Centerre? All of us RNs are quite anxious about the whole thing. Can any one give me any information?
