Rehabilitation Nursing: Process, Application and OUtcomes 3rd Ed. by Shirley Hoeman. If you can get your hands on one by S. Dittmar (older, but great book), it would be good too. Years ago I sat down and went through about a year's back issues of the ARN Journal. It helped bring me up to speed on what was happening in rehab as a whole, not just in my little corner of the world

. I don't know where you are located, but you could check with your local ARN chapter and see if they (or a neighboring chapter) are offering any review courses. Sometimes the local chapters, if they are of any size, will offer a 1 or 2 day review for the CRRN and the cost is not usually that high. Good Luck!
