Certified Rehab Nurse?

I am getting ready to start a new job in an acute rehab hospital. They provide a course the 'certifies' you as a rehab nurse.

Just wondering how many of you are certified and what does it entail. I know that if I take it I will get a raise in pay.

Just curious...
