Where can I buy Psych Nursing Made Easy CD-ROM

Hello, I have been working Geropsych for 3 months now and have had some very good and tough days. A few of the people I work with are not so nice for example-the Unit Manager will ask me things if the one the other RN I am working with is doing their job or being lazy...weird. The "atmosphere" in our unit is mostly not pleasant which makes the job stressful when it is not suppose to be. I'm already thinking of what other areas should I go on just in case...I need some insight on what should I do. Thanks and have a great day.
