Question weekend option in psych nursing

hi! i'm wondering if any of you psych RNs do the weekend(only) option? is this hard to find in psych nursing? i'm gonna finish my ADN program in dec, and i'm interested in psych. i have a BA in psychology and experience as an EMT. right now i work part time in a dialysis clinic. any advice as far as starting out in psych? what's the most challanging part of psych nursing? thanks!
