Usage on chemical rehab units

Anyone work mica or rehab?
What is your policy when someone tests positive on a uds/ba? Is the person d/c'd, allowed to stay w/restrictions etc?

Where I work, the determination is done on an individual basis....Some get to stay, while others are d/c'd. This approach seems to be unfair to me...I think it should be an all or none type thing....And it seems to jeopardize those who are early on their sobriety...

What do you think?

I think that they all should be d/c'd.
