For Those Who Have Been Attacked On Psych Ward

1. Looking back on it, can you tell why it happened?

meds not yet adequately titrated?

inadequate staffing?

lack of personal alarm?

no response from fellow staff?

argument with the patient?

other factors?

2. Did you continue to work Psych?

3. Were you adequately compensated for your injury? That is, not necessarily with money but with soothing words, respect, patient getting
reduced privileges or turned over to police, improved alarm system, increased staffing levels and cooperative coworkers?

4. What else can you share about your frightening and painful events?

Thank you and I wish you all safety and blessings.
