Specialised equipment for high-risk patients

Im just wondering.... Does anyone know of companies that sell equipment such as wall-mounted lighters, pens with chain attachment points (so it cannot be used as a weapon), anti-strangulation/ furniture (with no protruding edges that could be used to fasten a rope to) and so on?

Re: Specialised equipment for high-risk patients

Actually, I have googled it. Used some different combinations of words like psych/psychiatric/safety equipment/corrections/ and so on, and came up with close to diddly-squat. Thanks for the tip about posey though, i found some of the stuff im looking for there.
