Question risk assessments

I am a student nurse doing an assignment on assessment tools, I have chosen risk assessments, I would appreciate any feedback from those of you who use or have used them in the past, and what you think of them. thanks.

be more specific, do you mean suicide risk, violence risk, risk for skin breakdown, risk for falling, risk for what?

Kalaki,there are a number of violence risk assessment tools

The HCR-20 is a long term predictor of violence recidiavism

The Broset Violence Checklist is a short term violence predictor (inthe next 24hrs)

Both of these can be found doing a search on google or similiar search engine.MHN
