Does anyone out here know of Psych RNs that do travel nursing, and if so, can i get the agency information so that i can decide if this is what i can do.

let me know if you find anything. I wonder how safe these facilities would be that are desperate enough to take travel RNs. My facility has committed patients, but any that are severely violent we send to the state facility within a week. I'd hate to be stuck somewhere with a bunch of dangerous psychopaths with a bad nursing ratio.

I've done psych travel nursing for the past three years and love it. Worked in state psych forensic units (there's a big need in most states for nurses there) and regular inpatient acute units.
