About the only help I have to offer is go to the website for the American Psychiatric Association or the American Psychiatric Association for Nurses.

Geez...I just through all my Acuity Scheduling info out, as I moved into another setting...but I'll see what I can dig up for you...I staffed a Psych Hospital for kids in PA and we used our own acuity ratings...very effective!
