I have an interview this week for an internal transfer-med/surg to Geropsych. I have many years experience as an RN but none in psych. The manager of this unit is a LCSW . Does anyone know what questions I might expect or give me any tips which would help me to make a favorable impression? I interviewed recently for a new Geropsych unit at a different facility and failed to get that job. My reasons for transferring are many but basically I need a new challenge and stimulation.
