Question Gero-psych interview

Eep!
I have an interview scheduled for the end of the week for a gero-psych position. I've never interviewed for a position like this before, and my background is in regular geriatrics (LTC). Any gero-psych nurses or people who have interviewed for a position like this before have any advice for me. I'm a little worried about the kind of questions they may throw at me.
Thanks!

Re: Gero-psych interview

Don't sweat it. Your background in geri nursing is gold. The area you need to be aware of is the effects and side effects of psych meds particularly in the older population, also the psych effects of meds and conditions common to an older population. Ie; some anti-hypertensives cause depression in some patients. Some of the anti depressents have cardiovascular side effects.
