Hi;

I'm an RN from the UK just licensed here and really really want to work psych.

I'm having problems trying to find anywhere willing to give someone green the opportunity for employment!

Any ideas? Should I just -go ahead and apply anyway despite the fact they're looking for someone with 2 years experience or is there any type of certification I can do which would make me more appealing to an employer??
