Question Behavioral Health Nursing in the Home Care setting

Anyone do home health?
Do you get any special consent forms signed?

Never done it seriously but I know nurses who have. I don't think they worked independently but through an agency. I don't see why you would need a "special" consent form. Seems that if you are functioning as an independent you should have something on paper that outlines the scoope of your practice and also releases to contact your clients other providers. Remember the 3 most important things in psych practice are 1st boundries, 2nd boundries and 3rd boundries.
