Anyone working Corrections as a Mental Health Nurse???

I am trying to find other Mental Health RN's that are working in Corrections so that I can hear how they do things at their facility. I am the only RN for 1600 women and 550 of them have some sort of mental illness listed in their problems. I am responsible for assessing them before they see the psychiatrist. I assess for the need to change medications, increase or decrease the meds, provide groups for the inmates, provide medication education, respond to all of the Medical Services Requests, and assess the referrals from the therapist in our department. We have about 15 people responsible for the Mental Health Department for the whole prison so we are a very close bunch. I love what I do now and am just interested in talking to some others that do what I do. Look forward to hearing from you!
