I would like to evaluate a COPD patient education program. Therefore I search for an assessment instrument which measure knowledge of COPD. I know only the Bristol COPD Knowledge Questionnaire. Is there another instrument, which can be used to measure knowledge of COPD? Could somebody help me?

look for something like "Jewish national" on google. i saw this COPD questionnaire in school this past summer.
