Public Health Nursing Course

I am the Immunization Action Plan grant nurse for a southeastern Ohio county. I really want to take the public health nursing course offered by the Ohio Dept. of Health. Has anyone taken this course recently or a course like this from their state health depts.?

I've been out of school for 20 years, but I have gone to conferences, inservices, etc. and I'm nervous about going "back to school".

Thanks,
Cindy:mortarboard:

Re: Public Health Nursing Course

Please don't be nervous!!

Trust me, it is to your advantage to be an adult in most courses!!!
You will know how to manage your time, find resources, and think critically.

Further, you have "real world" public health experience.
You will enrich your class just by being you.
