Does anyone know anything about the Nurse-Family Partnership program Dallas,TX?

Does anyone have any information on the Nurse-Family Partnership in Dallas,TX? The program is sponsored thru the Metropolitan YMCA. I know that there are other states with the same program, but I would like to know if anyone knows about the program in Dallas. What experiences you or someone you know have had while working in the program? It seems very interesting and I would appreciate any valuable input thanks. I am acutally trying to get into a position there. I am a 2 year RN,BSN. Have a blessed holiday season.
