Is there such a thing as per diem working for clinics?

Just wondering if anyone works as per diem for different clinics and if there is such a thing. What kinds of place can you work per diem besides hospitals?? If anyone has any information for me I would really appreciate it!

Yes- I worked at a clinic that used per diem nurses sometimes. Also some traveling nurses do as well. I'm sure you will find something you love. They sometimes pay a little more too for being per diem.

Try leaving your resume' with different physician offices. Let them known you are interested in prn work. I have worked many years for a one-dr. practice. He has always needed fill-in nurses for when his fulltime nurse is off. Others doctors in the same building need them as well.
