Salary of office RN vs hospital RN

I am a hospital RN. I wouldn't be opposed to the right office job, if it came along.
As a standard, are office RN's paid the same, more, or less than hospital RN's? This would be the same healthcare system that owns both.

thanks!

Re: Salary of office RN vs hospital RN

Generally, there is less money in clinic nursing, although there are exceptions. I am sure there are some systems out there who do pay inpatient and outpatient nurses at the close to the same rate. The tradeoff might be well worth it if you're looking for better hours or a change in scenery.
