I just want to ask...im a little confused...I read that RN can further enhance their knowledge and skills by taking BSN programs...In what way are they different.

In the Philippines the name of the course that we take up in college is BSN-bachelors of science in nursing. Then when we pass the boards we are called RNs.

Also, please give me an idea on the tasks and responsibilities of floor nursing..Id really appreciate it...

In the US we have Associate Degree Programs for nursing. After getting her Ass. in Applied Science, you can get your RN. Or you can get a BSN- and then get your RN. Some associate degree nurses go back to school later for their BSN. Hope that helps!
