PI indicators

Does anyone have suggestions for PI indicators for a family practice setting? Our high volume includes HTN,DM and depression. We see 90% adult patients. We currently have indicators on med reconciliation and use of pain scale. Thanks.

Re: PI indicators

What is a PI indicator, and what are indicators used for? I work in an outpatient MH clinic, and I'm wondering if we are suppose to be doing something that we aren't doing. What is med reconcilliation?
