Hello. I am looking at an outpatient endoscopy recovery RN position in my area. Hospitals pay anywhere from $26 - $29 as their starting pay. I know the clinic where I'm applying pays less than that since it's outpatient, no eves, weekends, call, etc. How much less would you think is reasonble considering what the local hospitals are paying?
