I am an Older Nurse, and have had to find creative alternatives to keep from mental, physical and emotional burnout. I have found that the workplace in SE Ohio is somewhat backward unless you go to a bigger city that understands the implications of "shortage". I have found ambulatory care to "fit the bill". What are your experiences with employers re: helping you succeed on your body's terms?
