Anyone else pulling their hair out over this new program for Accutane? I think we finally have it sorta under control, but a couple of patients will have delays in their med as we transition. We did _not_ wait until the last minute to start messing with it, and it was still a nightmare. Outrageous waits to get to a live human being on their "help line" if you were lucky enough to get through at all (it told you to call back later and hung up on you if there were too many people on hold already.)

I realize that it's probably the difference between having the med on the market and not having it on the market, but they should have anticipated the response and hired on more people to handle things.
