How to ace the interview?

I have an interview at Cal State San Bernardino on monday for their student health center as an LVN. I REALLY want the job, not only because the hours will be better; but also because I hope to attend that school for my RN and the tuition will be mostly paid if I work there.
Any tips for how to do well with this interview?
I have a year of experience, in SNF and assisted living; but none in office nursing.
I appreciate all advice! Thank you.
