Clinic manager - what is your salary?

I am interviewing for a ortho/sports med clinic manager position and am wondering what kind of salary I should expect. They won't discuss money with me until the job is offered. My background is CVICU. I know what hospital pay is but am unsure for this type of position. I would like to be able to have some negatition strategy. The job is in MN if that is helpful. Thanks!
