Wound care and skin assessment

Does anyone have any info on pediatric wound care and skin assessments?
What scales are being used?

Thankyou,
Shannon

You could try the following links:

http://academyconnect.uchospitals.ed..._sca_02_01.htm

http://www.findarticles.com/p/articl..._n9033554/pg_2 which has a great reference list

http://www.ukdermatology.co.uk/quality/index.asp which holds a list of different assessment tools

http://connection.lww.com/products/b...nts/smch17.pdf is about assessing children of all ages for more than just skin especially from page 663 onwards

Hope these help!
