Just curious if anyone else had a bad experience in giving Whin-Rho for ITP? My kiddo was wanting to check out fast after giving this, pressures dropped drastically.

Where I work, we frequently give Win-Rho for ITP. The kids have to say in the hospital until the CBC shows that their platelets are increasing. There is the risk of a reaction and kids sometimes need to be premedicated with tylenol and benedryl
