What are the Benefit?

Hello,

I have one question. I'm a student 1 year left to get my ADN degree in nursing. I desire to become a pediatric nurse. can anyone tell me the benefit of becoming a pediatric nurse? do I need to futhure my education once I graduate with my ADN toward a BSN? or ADN is good enough. any tips, advice, suggestion will help
