Tonsillectomy Nursing Diagnoses

I am currently working on my major care plan and need 10 nursing diagnoses pertaining to my patient. 15 month old post-op T&A. Please give me some help!!!!

Care plan

How about something to do with Alternate environment(hospital setting)/Fear, or Decreased activity due to surgery. Also increased risk of infection due to surgery/hospitalization? Hope that helps!! :hatparty:

Anxiety, Parental Anxiety, Pain, Knowledge deficit, Potential for hemorrhage, Potential fluid volume deficit, Potential nutritional deficit, If I think of anymore I will let you know if you haven't already done your assignment.
