staffing matrix for a pediatric outpatient clinic

Hi Everyone,
This is the first that I heard of this site and came upon it by accident. I was searching the net trying to find information about a working matrix for an outpatient clinic setting. I am a nurse manager for a pediatric outpatient clinic that sees approximately 150-300 children each day. Trying to find some matrix bylaws to know if we are staffing the clinic appropriately with the correct number and mix. I'm happy to be a new member and hope I can find some answers to my searches. Maybe I can help some of you also.
