quick question

do the kids at the hospitals were u guys work get to go trick or treating?

No, but usually they receive gifts/candy if it's appropriate, from some of the organizations in town, sometimes church youth groups will make treats.

trick or treat

I have seen it done a couple of different ways. Trick or treating by child patients to other units and department. Trick or treats given out from doors of sick children. Parties. Costume parades. Lots of non food treats, but some candy depending on the child.

we have organizations which donate the seasonal stuffed animals. We hand them out. They are the cute soft type stuffed animals.
