I was wondering if any NICU nurses out there know of any GOOD newborn/neonatal physical assessment videos/dvd's? Our hospital has a very old video that is barely audible-hardly a nice resource for new NICU nurses.....

Have you checked the AACN's resource center? They have lots of great stuff like that, and probably have just what you're looking for. http://www.aacn.org/ Where it says "marketplace" click on "clinical resources" and see what's there.
