I would focus on your ability to start IV's in children, your knowledge of multiple meds and administration, etc.
What you'll be doing in the office is most likely completely different than what you do know -- in specifics if not generalities. Common stuff can include collecting vitals, dealing with the hospital, phone triage, labratory, patient/parent education (focus on your ability to provide this), administering drugs, assisting with procedures, and billing.
Each job is unique in both what the doctor wants and what the office setup is -- so you really need to ask some questions to get a better idea.
