MN Peds RN moving to Virginia!

I am going to be moving from MN to VA at the end of the month. Are there any peds RNs from VA who can give me a little advise? I have an interview coming up at CJW and applied for a peds step down position at VCU medical. Any other suggestions or advise for me before I move? What are the wages like in VA?
