Male Pediatric Nurses

I am looking to find out some information regarding why men would choose pediatric nursing as their specialty. I am exploring doing some basic research on this and making some presentations on the topic. I am a male pediatric nurse myself and any help, input from other pediatric nurses would be awesome. If you have read any lit, mag articles, or listened to any presentations on this topic please share it with me. I appreciate it. Thanks.
