Las Vegas Nurses!! Help!!

Hi I am currently a New York State nursing student I should have my RN in the next 18 months. I heard that NY state RN's get paid more out of state is this true? Also I would like to go on for my pediatric nurse practitioner but I would like to start working at Sunrise Children's right away out of school, I really wanna start getting my pediatric nursing experience in right away. Is this possible? Also if I am required to do adult first, how easy is it to get ANY nursing job in las vegas? I hold a BA from UNLV in another field so i don't know if that would make a difference in my pay or not. Also do any of the hospitals offer tuition reimbursement? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
