Tylenol drops do not carry dosage labeling for infants under 6 months. For this reason they should not be given except on the advice of the pediatrician.
In my experience working in a peds clinic, fevers, especially in young infants, need to be evaluated.
I was not aware of this. Is the same true of Motrin drops? I know every fever
should be evaluated, however in the instance where medical care is far away
is there a "safe" dose? Thanks. bonjoduea
