Help!!! Need feedback on peds question

I took nclex today. computer shut off at 108. Last question was:
A mohter's statement about her 3 month old makes you concerned about hypoparathyroidism?
A. Does not grab objects
B. Does not grasp like he did before.
C. I lay him on my stomach and he does not lift his head.
I know the grasping reflex disappears about 2 months. A 3 month old developmentally starting to lift head when laid on stomach. Is "C" correct?? Please what do you think, i am going crazy wondering if my last question on the nclex was correct. Thank you!!
